A PM who builds.

I am a senior product manager in Cape Town with 13+ years in product, most of it in regulated, money-touching domains: payments, BNPL, cash advance, KYC and FICA, credit-bureau applications, global employment law.

I treat compliance as product logic, not a PDF. I begin with the user experience and map backward to the technology, and I cut complexity ruthlessly on the way.

I build, not just brief. I ship AI features with hard limits and unit costs attached: a property description writer that costs ~15c a run and will never invent a price, and a document reader that scores its own confidence and routes to a human when unsure. My own working systems (email triage, release trackers, product-workspace agents) are things I built and run myself.

I want to be an individual contributor who leads products. I am happiest deep in a hard domain, close to real users, changing a real number.

What I am not looking for

E-commerce and online retail, no thanks, been there. Crypto, blockchain and Web3 are not for me. And I am not an ML engineer or data scientist: I am a PM who builds.
